The observation deck on the 94th floor of the iconic John Hancock Center on the Magnificent Mile, with sweeping lake-and-city views and TILT, a platform that leans you out over Michigan Avenue. The bar up top makes it easy to linger. Sunset is the move, and it's often less crowded than Willis Tower.
