Northerly Island

A 91-acre lakefront nature area on a former airfield beside the Museum Campus, with prairie, walking trails, a fishing lagoon, big skyline-and-lake views, and an outdoor concert pavilion. It feels surprisingly wild for downtown. Combine it with the Adler Planetarium and the rest of the Museum Campus next door.
