Bronx Zoo
One of the world's largest urban zoos — 265 acres home to thousands of animals across naturalistic habitats like the Congo Gorilla Forest and JungleWorld. It's a full day and a lot of walking. It sits beside the Botanical Garden in the Bronx; check seasonal exhibits and use the shuttle to cover ground.
