Bata Shoe Museum

A genuinely fun specialty museum holding 13,000+ shoes spanning 4,500 years — from Egyptian sandals to celebrity footwear — inside a Raymond Moriyama building shaped like a shoebox. The rotating exhibitions are surprisingly absorbing. It’s small (about an hour) and steps from the Annex and Bloor Street shopping.
