Gooderham Building

Toronto’s beloved 1892 flatiron — wedge-shaped, red-brick, and predating New York’s — anchoring the Old Town point where Front and Wellington meet. Its painted trompe-l’œil mural on the back wall is a photographer’s favourite. Shoot it from Berczy Park (with its quirky dog fountain) looking west down Wellington Street.
