Old City Hall
A grand 1899 Romanesque Revival landmark by architect E.J. Lennox, with a soaring clock tower, carved gargoyles, and a warm sandstone façade — it served as Toronto’s city hall and later its courthouse. It faces the modern City Hall across Bay Street, a striking century apart. Admire it from the outside, as public interior access is limited.
